The world’s brightest
In Helsinki. One-day event.
Wednesday 3 February 2027
Finlandia Hall
Early Bird tickets €490 + VAT, until 31 October

The world’s best marketing thinking happens outside Finland. That changes on 3 February 2027.
Keynote speakers who shape how the industry works – how marketing proves its value, adapts to AI and creates work that makes brands memorable – tend to stay on the circuit that runs between London, New York and Cannes. Helsinki Marketing Summit changes that. On 3 February 2027, internationally recognised speakers take the stage at Finlandia Hall. Each one has been hand-picked because they have something the Finnish market needs to hear. Alongside the keynotes, a panel of senior marketing leaders from Elisa, Fazer, KONE and Legora will discuss what it takes for Nordic brands to go global. Helsinki Marketing Summit is built for the full breadth of the Finnish marketing industry. From specialists to CMOs. From client-side teams to agencies. From traditional media to influencers. The ideas the rest of the world is already acting on. In one room, for one day.
Speakers
Every speaker at Helsinki Marketing Summit is chosen for one reason: their thinking is what the Finnish market needs to drive growth.
Here’s the speaker line-up.
Keynotes

Les Binet
The world’s most influential thinker on marketing effectiveness, known for the 60:40 rule, Share of Search and for more IPA Effectiveness Award-winning work than anyone. In Helsinki, he answers the question everyone is asking: what really drives growth?

Andrew Tindall
Chief Growth Officer, Advertising at System1 – and one of the most followed voices on how creativity and media build long-term brands. Drawing on his research with Effie, he shows how to turn world-leading effectiveness evidence into measurable growth.

Erik Årnell
CEO of Åkestam Holst / NoA and former Global Marketing Strategy Lead at Klarna, with a rare view from both the agency and the brand side. His keynote asks how brands can harness AI without losing the creativity and strategic clarity that make great work matter.

Valtteri Taube
Co-founder and CEO of OstraconAI and one of Finland’s most visible advocates for AI as a real operating advantage. In 2025, his AI-driven approach generated 3.7 million views and over €500,000 in revenue, roughly 85% of it through LinkedIn.

Jane Ostler
Leads global thought leadership at Kantar and is lead author of Kantar’s Blueprint for Brand Growth. Having worked at agencies including Ogilvy, Mindshare and JWT, on the client side at Digital UK and at Kantar on the research side, she knows what drives brand growth from every side of the table.

Stuart Shingler
SVP Brand and Communications at Legora, the collaborative AI platform redefining how legal work gets done. He has led marketing through $1–100 million in ARR in just 18 months, including the globally recognised Jude Law campaign, after building marketing functions at Klarna, Tink and Visa.
Panel

Stuart Wells
EVP and CMO of Elisa and a member of its Corporate Executive Board, with earlier global marketing roles at adidas and Nokia and agency experience at Abbott Mead Vickers BBDO in London. On the panel, he discusses what Nordic brands need to grow into global players.

Aaron Barsness
EVP and CMO of Fazer Group, with more than 20 years of international experience across FMCG, technology and brand consulting, including Procter & Gamble and Motorola. A strong advocate of evidence-based marketing, he joins the panel on what it takes for Nordic brands to go global.

Annika Payn
Global Head of Brand Experience at KONE, where she led the global brand refresh and the award-winning concept The ONE. With 12 years in Hong Kong and recognition as a Woman to Watch by Campaign Asia, she brings a truly international view to the panel on Nordic brands going global.

Mimmi Grafström
Senior Director of Brand at Legora, leading the team behind one of the most talked-about names in legal AI. Coming from consumer and e-commerce, she believes B2B has plenty to learn from B2C, and brings that view to the panel on Nordic brands going global.
Three themes. One day.
Effectiveness, AI, and creativity are the forces shaping how marketing drives growth today.
Effectiveness
What actually works in marketing, how to measure it and how to make the case for it inside your organisation.
AI
How artificial intelligence is changing what marketers do, how they work and what they need to know now.
Creativity
Why the best creative work still outperforms everything else, and how to fight for it.
Finlandia Hall.
There’s a reason we chose it.
Finlandia Hall is one of the most architecturally significant buildings in Finland, and now also a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Designed by Alvar Aalto and completed in 1971, it has hosted heads of state, international summits, and some of the most important gatherings in Finnish history.
It is not a generic conference centre. That's exactly what makes it the right venue for Helsinki Marketing Summit.
The venue holds up to 850 people. One hall, one stage, one shared experience for everyone in the room. Between sessions, there will be time to grab lunch or coffee and connect with others. If you work in marketing, this is where you need to be.
